Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Refunds
- If you cancel your order before dispatch, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- For prepaid orders where the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Damaged/Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with images or video proof. After verification, refund or replacement will be processed.
